Wodenschiere Country Club Membership

The Wodenschiere Country Club has launched a
2008 membership drive!

Remember you are our best salesman! There is a lot of positive work and conversation going on to make this a very good summer. Spread the word and let everyone know what a FUN Summer we all had last year!

NEW MEMBER RATES: New (first time) members may now join Wodenschiere for a special discounted rate for their first year. The new dues rate is $200 for a first time family and $100 for a first time single membership. No stock purchase is required. Non stock-holding members are not allowed to vote, but their membership is otherwise the same as a stockholding member.

IF YOU DO WISH TO PURCHASE STOCK: The current price of a "share" is $150. This may be paid in full upon request for membership, or may be paid in two annual installments of $75 each. Members are not allowed to vote until they have paid the "full share" price. In addition to the share price, there are also annual dues which must be paid by each member or member family.

2008 Membership Fees:

First Time Non-Stock Family Membership $230.00
First Time Non-Stock Single Membership $115.00
Stock Purchase (one time fee) $150.00
BabySitter Pass $135.00
Returning Class A Family Membership after May 1 $300.00
Returning Class A Single Membership after May 1 $150.00

This structure will apply to both stock holding and non-stock holding members.

What exactly is a family membership? Does this include my entire family?
A family membership is for two adults (maximum) and children under the age of 18 living in the same house. Children over the age of 18 who are full time students are also included until they reach the age of 23.

We offer a return on your investment that cannot be measured in dollars and cents alone...namely; membership in a fine swimming and social organization for individuals or families.

Current Members: Please be on the lookout for new members! Now is the time to speak to your neighbors, friends and co-workers about the fine facilities at Wodenschiere!
Encourage them to tour the facility or visit the web page. Word of mouth is still our best advertising!
