Special “Save Our Pool Part 2”
Meeting June 8, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the pool. The Board will
update all members as to the current physical and financial
status of Wodenschiere Pool. We encourage all members to
attend this meeting.
We currently are experiencing a leak in the
pool. We are searching to find the leak and will take action
to do the repairs once the location of the leak is found.
Wodesnchiere Pool will be open starting June
7, 2008. We are taking temporary action to be able to open
the pool at this time until the leak is found and repaired.
Come out for the weekend and enjoy the pool during the hot
weather!!

Potts is always looking for help.
Have a couple hours to spend, some donated material you think
the pool could use, Brian can be contacted at bmjrp@verizon.net

Items we would like to see donated this
spring and summer
- Gas for the mowers
-Umbrella stands and umbrellas for around the pool and bench
area
-soda for the snack bar
-and most importantly time, if you have some time to spend
either on the property or volunteering for one of the committees
it would be appreciated, we need more than the core volunteers
to make this happen, thanks

Thanks for coming out to the Fall Festival
at Wodenschiere
We had about 100 people attend and it was
a great way to stay in touch thru the fall and winter months.
Thanks to those of you that donated materials, baked goods,
food and time. Putting a smile on a child's face is always
worth it. Thanks Again. _______________________________________________________________________

Advertise - Wodenschiere is
now offering an opportunity to prominently advertise your
local business to our members and guests. Advertise to a captive
audience that includes our 400+ members, hundreds of guests,
and the attendees of our home swim meets. Details within this

Advertising Flyer
Wodenschiere announces participation
in the Smoke Free Swimming Pool program. Partnering
with the Council
on Chemical Abuse of Berks County, Wodenschiere will enforce
a no smoking policy within the interior fence of the property.
Because of this partnership the CCA donated a pool basketball
net to our pool. Check out the basketball net and signs that
have been posted in our gallery section of the website. We
appreciate the donation as well as the cooperation of our
members in this effort.
Membership Flyer Handout and Drive Kickoff
!! We are doing a membership drive and are asking
for each members help. The membership committee needs your
help and hopes that you could help distribute them to anyone
they think might be interested in joining the pool. Please
hand out to "friends, neighbors, and coworkers, family"
